Feeling out of touch with your masculine side? Want to feel a little more manly? Onnit has something for you. It has just made available a new Cavemen Essentials Pack which contains everything you need to get back in touch with your primal nature.
Bundle packs aren’t new to the Onnit, website, but this particular one is. These bundles enable you to buy a few Onnit products at once and save a bit of money compared to buying them separately. Onnit has chosen the products contained in this Cavemen Essentials Pack very carefully, ensuring that you have everything you need to transform yourself from a doughy girly man into a complete savage.
The Cavemen Essentials Pack contains a bottle of Alpha Brain, a bottle of Stron Bone and Joint, a tub of the T+ testosterone supplement, and a box of Tanka bars as well. I’ve written about all of these products on this blog in the past, so use the little search box to the left to read my thoughts about all of them.
In addition, Onnit has introduced the Cavemen Club Pack as well. This package contains two club bells in either 5, 10, or 15 lbs. weights along with the CSTGX club bell DVD. This is literally everything you need if you want to start working out with club bells but aren’t sure how to start.
If that’s not good enough, Onnit will also be randomly giving away to buyers of The Cavemen Essentials Pack two of the one pood chimp primal bells, a chimp primal bell T-shirt, cavemen sketches, and a 45 lb. bruiser club as well. All of this gear is autographed by MMA fighter David “The Caveman” Rickles who is a member of Onnit’s Honor Roll.
More details are available on the Caveman page of the Onnit website.
When I first heard that Onnit was releasing a natural testosterone booster supplement, I was very excited. I didn’t necessarily feel that my libido was waning in my old age or that I had a build-up of feminine hormones surging through my body that I needed to expel, but I wanted a boost or an edge when it came to my workouts. After nearly a week on it (get it?), I can say that the Onnit T+ testosterone supplement (now called Total Strength + Performance) was worth the wait.
Don’t think that if you take T+ you’re any less of a man. You take it because you want to become even more manly than you already are! I have found that before any physical activity, whether it’s an intense kettlebell session or a swim in my pool, I have increased energy and stamina. There are points I used to hit in my kettlebell DVDs that I would dread, but now I’m blasting through them like the Hulk. Overall, I just feel like I have more energy to get through the day, when on other days I would feel lethargic and lack the motivation to do much of anything.
After my workouts, I find that I’m recovering quicker as well. I’m assuming this can be attributed to the inclusion of beta-alanine and branched amino acids. One thing worth mentioning is that this is a performance enhancer that doesn’t give you a “buzzed” feeling, for lack of a better word. I didn’t have any trouble relaxing on the days that was using T+ and I had no trouble sleeping either.
I’m sure at this point in the review some of you are wondering if there are any downsides to T+. I struggled to find something, and if I have to nitpick, I’ll narrow it down to the taste. I tried it with just water and can’t quite describe what it tasted like, but it was strong, and it wasn’t good. I’m now just dumping the serving in with my morning kale shake and drinking it that way.
I can say that without a doubt, for me and my body, the benefits I felt from Onnit’s T+ testosterone supplement were tangible and not a placebo. I realize that I’m pumping this stuff pretty hard, but I’m genuinely excited about it, and look forward to combining it with Shroom Tech Sport for some next level energy. I’ll report back soon after I try that and let you guys know how that combo works.
I touched briefly in an earlier blog post about how Onnit T+ testosterone supplement works, but today I’m going to delve a little deeper into it, since this is a topic that I know many men are interested in. In fact, since I first wrote about T+ a week ago, it’s been the most popular post on my site and Tight Lightning has had its busiest day since that post. That alone was enough motivation for me to explore the topic a little further for you guys.
First off, T+ works by boosting testosterone production internally rather than increasing it from an external source, like testosterone replacement therapy. It does this with a few ingredients. The first is mucuna pruriens (a tropical bean found in Africa, India, and the Carribean) which naturally boosts dopamine levels, an integral part of hormone production. Next is eurycoma longifolia, a flowering plant native to Indonesia and Malaysia, which enhances the body’s synthesis of androgens produced by the testes. Finally, magnesium aspartic acid (magnesium combined with D-aspartic acid) helps the body increase its free testosterone.
Sounds like magic, right? Well, there’s more going on behind the scenes as well, because T+ also works to reduce the amount of estrogen in the body. While men do need estrogen in the body, too much or too little can cause health problems, such as prostate cancer, weight gain, and erectile dysfunction. Increasing testosterone and reducing excess estrogen brings the body to a healthy, virile balance.
A lot of athletes are enamored with boosting testosterone levels for a number of reasons, one being that it stimulates muscle growth. What Onnit T+ testosterone supplement adds to the mix is beta-alanine and branched chain amino acids, both of which help with fatigue and muscle aches and pains post-workout. So not only can it help you look your best, you’ll feel better during the improvement process as well.
This past weekend pneumonia hit me pretty hard and left me bedridden, so I was unable to update the blog for a bit, but I’m back and feeling better than ever! What I want to talk about today is Onnit’s new T+ testosterone boosting supplement. It was first launched last Friday so I’m a little late with any breaking news on this product, but I hope someone out there will find this info useful.
A lack of testosterone is something that I never really considered, or even heard much about until recently. As an MMA fan, the topic of testosterone (or more specifically TRT–testosterone replacement therapy) has been coming up a lot lately. Many UFC fighters are applying for TUE’s (therapeutic use exemptions) which allows them to take extra testosterone to bring their levels up to what’s considered normal. Why are so many fighters’ testosterone levels so low? Maybe it’s poor genes, but it’s likely due to past steroid abuse.
I don’t want to get too off track talking about TRT and TUE’s, but the heart of the matter is that a lack of testosterone is something that many (most?) men will contend with at some point in their lives. There are medicinal ways to bring your levels up, as I mentioned above, but there are natural ways to achieve this as well. This is exactly what Onnit has set out to accomplish with its T+ testosterone boosting supplement.
In a nutshell, T+’s natural ingredients will stimulate your body’s testosterone production rather than using an outside source to boost it. It also works towards lowering your body’s estrogen levels as well. T+ does this naturally, so there’s no need to worry about ingesting chemicals, steroids, or anything else that will be detrimental to the body.
I realize this is just a brief introduction, but I plan on explaining how it works in a greater detail in an upcoming blog post. For the time being, you can order Onnit’s T+ Testosterone boosting supplement at a discount (as of the time of publishing) of $9.
